Success story
How Envoys took its students around the world without leaving the classroom
We created an institutional video of almost two minutes, made entirely with generative AI, in which a group of students travels through eight destinations in a single continuous journey. The idea: show what photos can't. Not the tourist landmarks, but the moment the senses come alive.
ACTION PLAN
How we approached it
Scrolling as the way in
The video starts where teenagers are: bored, scrolling on a tablet. When the main character swipes the screen, his room swipes along with it and he appears in the African savanna. That same gesture links every destination, from South Africa to Washington DC.
One sense per destination
Each scene awakens something different: the scent of lavender in Marseille, the adrenaline of facing a giraffe, the desert sun in Morocco, flour on your face in a kitchen in Rome. People are the protagonists; the destination is the setting.
Consistent characters from start to finish
We designed the characters together with Envoys and kept faces, expressions, and hairstyles consistent across ten AI-generated scenes. The process went through script, stills, and animation with weekly reviews, from kickoff to final delivery in four weeks.

Don’t scroll it. Live it.
Before distribution, we tested the video with 13- and 15-year-olds. They understood the concept of a school trip without any explanation and recognized specific scenes, like the robots in Tokyo or the Costa Rican jungle.
The video ends with the same gesture it starts with, but reversed: leaving the screen to live the moment. Envoys distributes it at schools with a closing card customized for each school, without showing the image of any real student.
