in performing operational tasks in the People area and being the focal point for our Growketers to maximize their experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To be the main focal point of our Growketers for doubts and queries related to the area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leading personnel administration processes: income, expenses, creation of files, contracts, insurance, ART, registration and cancellation of Growketers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain updated databases and reports in the People area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the Finance area with Payroll processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist the Legal area to ensure compliance with Compliance policies and initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To be an ambassador of the Growketing culture, managing events and proposing activities that enhance the experience of our Growketers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide end-to-end support to the recruitment and selection processes ensuring that our candidates have an excellent experience in the process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the proper functioning of the daily operations of our offices, ensuring the comfort of the same, managing the stock and making the necessary purchases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively participate in People area projects related to: talent management, compensation and benefits, training and development, compliance, people analytics, internal communications and recruitment and selection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the creation, implementation and monitoring of our internal policies and processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you are interested in the role up to this point, in order for you to fulfill these tasks we believe it will be necessary for you to have\/be able to:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles as a Human Resources Generalist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a background in Human Resources or related careers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be passionate about creating a high-impact people experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are proactive, creative, agile, detail-oriented and highly organized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have had experience leading or participating in projects within People areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have experience managing G-Suite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You live in CABA
